Every home has a story, and every estate is different. That's why we don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.
We take the time to understand the contents of each home, research items when needed, and create a sale that is organized, inviting, and thoughtfully presented. We recognize the difference between simply clearing out a house and taking the time to uncover value that might otherwise be overlooked.
Just as importantly, we understand that many of the things we're handling aren't simply merchandise. They may represent decades of someone's life, family traditions, hobbies, travels, and memories. We approach each home with the care and respect we'd want shown in our own.

Meet the Owner
Wishing Well Estate Sales was founded by Madison Criswell out of a genuine love for estate sales, antiques, unique finds, and the stories behind the things people collect throughout their lives.
Before starting Wishing Well, Madison gained hands-on experience working in the estate sale industry, helping prepare homes and work sale days. That experience showed her both how much work goes into a well-run estate sale and how meaningful it can be to help families through what is often a major transition.
She created Wishing Well with a simple vision of providing the same thoughtful estate sale service she would want for her own family. Her goal is to offer an experience that is organized, transparent, and approachable, with genuine care and respect for both the people and the belongings involved.
Today, Wishing Well brings that philosophy to homes throughout Southeast Michigan.
